Blog #10

       I feel like we have accomplished a lot in this class.  I feel like I have learned at as well.  I have learned to not be so dependent on technology and I have learned how the media affects every aspect our lives even if it is not as extreme as in Feed.  We saw a video that discussed how our generation is lazy and this did kind of make me mad.  Yes, maybe we have a lack of appreciation for certain aspects of our lives, but that doesn't mean we are lazy.  I think it has a lot to do with the way we were raised and the environment we have been put into.  The media pushes video games, movies, and musics on us, but it is very rare that you actually see them advertising books.  I think they play a big part in this generations lack of interest in books.  Overall, I really enjoyed this course and I am very happy that I took it.  I have found it to be very easy but very challenging at the same time.
